Elevo CoachAt — Elevo Learning

Elevo Coach position requires a strong role model/leader to facilitate instruction of curriculum. They are responsible for the safety of Elementary students that are enrolled in an after school program.

Tasks:

Facilitating the instruction of our curriculum

Motivating students to achieve academic success

Introducing social-emotional topics and encouraging students to develop those skills

Training:

Provide onboarding training opportunities to improve classroom management skills.

Weekly one-on-one mentor meetings.

provide access to educational resources that will improve abilities to deal with unwanted behaviors.

collaborating with educators, sharing tools that will assist with daily operational needs

Learning Outcome:

Deliver instruction of our curriculum to students of all Elementary grade levels.

Use tools and resources that will improve classroom management skills

Create a safe learning environment for all students

Develop connections with educators that will support academic achievement

lead a group of students in activities while implementing behavior management skills
