STUDENT ALREADY SELECTED FOR FALL 2024.

Student will be able to work closely with residents of the community to assist, advocate, and encourage elderly residents in making sustainable choices that promote long term independence and health.

Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

How notice patterns of substance abuse, physical abuse, and financial abuse in the elderly. Student will be able to assist with documenting and filling out Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid forms. Student will be educated on when to intervene in moments of crisis and promote health in the elderly population.
