Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing, Social Media, and Event Planning Intern to join our team. This intern will assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies, enhance our brand presence, engage our target audience, and support the planning of luxury beauty events. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in luxury branding, digital marketing, and event management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media, blog posts, and emails
- Monitor and analyze social media performance and provide insights and recommendations
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and automated email sequences
- Research and identify trends in the luxury branding, coaching, and beauty event industry
- Support the organization and promotion of online events, webinars, and occasional beauty events
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote events through social media, email campaigns, and partnerships
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, or related field
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Passion for luxury branding, marketing, and beauty events

Training:
Initial General Employer Orientation: All interns will begin with a mandatory orientation session where they will be introduced to the company’s mission, values, and key projects. This orientation will also cover expectations, workflows, and an overview of the luxury branding and event planning industry.
Video Tutorials and Implementation: Interns will have access to a library of curated video tutorials that cover essential skills and concepts, including social media strategy, content creation, email marketing, and event planning. Each tutorial is paired with practical assignments that allow interns to immediately implement what they’ve learned, reinforcing key concepts through hands-on application.
Weekly One-on-One Mentor Meetings: Interns will participate in weekly scheduled one-on-one meetings with a dedicated mentor, a seasoned luxury brand strategist. These sessions will provide personalized guidance, feedback on ongoing projects, and a platform for interns to discuss challenges and progress, ensuring continuous learning and improvement.

Develop Proficiency in Luxury Brand Marketing: Gain hands-on experience in creating and executing digital marketing strategies tailored to luxury brands, including the use of social media, email marketing, and content creation.
