Opportunity Summary 

PLEASE NOTE: THIS POSITION IS ONLY APPROVED BY THE BUSINESS DEPARTMENT FOR THE MANAGEMENT CONCENTRATION.

The applicant has to assist with human resources, labor relations, administrative and support services, consulting, customer service, bookkeeping, answering the phone, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. There is no need for any accounting knowledge. Preferably bilingual (fluent in Spanish and English).

Training:

The student will be trained by a bookkeeper weekly for 2 hours.

Learning outcome:

The student will have a strong knowledge of human resources as well as solid communication skills to interact with clients.
Ability to problem solve on the spot and interact with clients.
Good organization skills.
Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
In addition, students will get experience in accounting and payroll terms.
