- Help with recruiting participants for lab and survey-based studies
- Assist with creating materials (e.g., flyers, protocols) for research studies
- Support with data collection and data entry
- Must be comfortable and/or willing to be trained in placing electrodes on the human thorax area
- Must be comfortable and/or have prior experience working with LGBTQ+ persons in a research setting
- Attend lab meetings regularly
- Help with presenting research findings through mock presentations and at research conferences
- Other research-related tasks as delegated by Director of PSI Lab.
Description Of Tasks
1) Regular attendance and active engagement in the lab meeting, including providing feedback on theories and strategies discussed.
2) Creating an annotated bibliography of articles assigned each week to help in their understanding of the science on LGBTQ People of Color Health
3) Working on and submitting an abstract to a research conference to present it during Spring 2023
