Aide for PreschoolAt — Kiddy Tyme Child Care Learning Center

Intern will be aide for Preschool classroom. She will be assisting the Head Teacher with the class and be the second hands. She will teaching in small groups and help children understand the curriculum being taught. 

The intern will be working with children in small groups on the academics the teacher provided. She will be the second hands of the classroom. The intern will be assisting the children when the Teacher is doing lecture and going around to see if everyone is understanding. When it is time to do class work alone the intern will work with children who need help in small groups.

Training:

Will be observed from myself as director and Head teacher of preschool classroom. Will do weekly 30 minute chats to discuss on she progresses and what to improve on. She will be given a lesson plan and a small group to do assignments with. She will be told how to work with the children and shown.

Learning Outcomes:

Intern will be able to run a classroom which will create leadership. Intern will be able to help children develop and create small groups to do so. She will be able to guide children into independence. Intern will be educated on how each teacher runs classroom to gain knowledge. Lastly intern will gain creativity which will be how she does activities with curriculum
