Program Support At — ASCENDtials

Program Support, you'll be instrumental in ensuring that ASCENDtials'
programs align with its core principles of Harmony, Order, Balance, Reciprocity, and Justice. You
will help with program planning, budgeting, and evaluating performance, supporting the
organization’s mission to dismantle inequitable social constructs in education.

Key Role:

• Set goals for programs and assist in planning from start to finish.
• Develop and approve budgets and operational plans.
• Monitor program performance and suggest improvements.
• Ensure compliance with legal guidelines and internal policies.
