Requirements:

  • TB Test
    • Must be a Skin Test or Blood Test.  Due to Preschool Licensing protocols, MPUSD cannot accept TB Risk Assessment Questionnaires.
  • Immunization records (part of Title 22 for service with preschoolers)
    • Must include the following vaccines: MMR and TDAP.  Influenza immunization is optional.
  • Meagan's List Check
    • Conducted at MPUSD orientation, no cost
  • Bilingual Spanish/English Desired

Opportunity Application Instructions 
  1. Complete district requirements.
  2. Email school site contact to indicate golden ticket #, weekly availability, and interests for placement. See example email.
  3. ONLY AFTER receiving district clearance AND confirming your site supervisor and schedule, then you may register your opportunity placement in MySLP/S4.
