The Blended Group is a leading lifestyle management, consulting, and marketing firm specializing in the esports, music, and lifestyle industries. We’re seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Winter/Spring 2025 Talent Management & Sales Intern.

We are a lifestyle management, consulting, and marketing group in the esports, music, and lifestyle industries.
The Blended Group designs and executes marketing strategies by working with top influencers in E-sports and Tech to create brand awareness for some of the largest tech companies in the country.
We specialize in understanding where the target consumer demographic resides, how they consume and share ideas, and what inspires them. We use this information to help businesses compete against the ever-changing market.
Role Overview:
As a Talent Management & Sales Intern, you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying, cultivating, and managing relationships with top influencers. You’ll also contribute to strategic sales initiatives, helping to secure lucrative brand partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Scouting: Identify emerging and established influencers who align with our clients' brands.
- Talent Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, providing guidance and support.
- Sales & Partnerships: Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to secure brand deals.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and influencer marketing best practices.
- Contract Negotiation: Support the negotiation of contracts and agreements with influencers and brands.
- Campaign Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and analysis of influencer campaigns.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties such as scheduling, email communication, and data entry.
Qualifications:
- Strong interest in the influencer marketing and entertainment industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for building relationships and networking.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Training:
Orientation -
- Go over the company history, mission statement, clients, goals, and vision
In week 1 the intern will shadow the Talent Manager during his/her daily activities.
The intern will go over all training materials and communication tools.
Week 2 -
- The intern will start to practice emails and client relationships with both brands and influencers.
