Podcast Production - Audio/Video EditingAt — Nested Integral Coaching Constellation

Film editing of season 1 of our new podcast \\Nested Healing\\. Preferably seeking a student looking to fulfil a winter internship to assist with production of 12 episodes recorded in audio/video format. In addition to editing full length episodes, short clips for social media and promotion will be selected and edited, and opening sequences and title screens will be added as well. 

Tasks:

*audio/video editing
*compiling clips into full length episodes
*extracting preview clips for promotion
*utilize YouTube studio to edit videos
*select clips to highlight and preview mental health awareness messages (excerpted from full episodes)
*publish and promote a new podcast on multiple platforms
*reflections on impact of mental health messaging

Training:

Podcast Production Interns will participate in a general employer orientation and learn about Nested Integral Coaching Constellation's (NI2C's) programs, mission, and target population served. Tutorials and trainings will be provided for working with editing software and technology. Weekly mentor meetings will be scheduled throughout the internship. Collaboration and feedback on assigned tasks will support interns in developing new skills.

Learning Outcome:

By the end of the academic internship, the student will be able to:
*architect post-production of a full season of a mental health podcast
*publish and promote a podcast
*skillfully conduct mental health outreach
