SP25 CST 462S: Accessible Resource Library for Trained DoulasAt — Raíces y Cariño
We are seeking support in creating an organized, user-friendly, and accessible resource library for trained doulas. The goal is to build a centralized platform similar to Google Drive but with a more professional structure that allows doulas to easily access key resources, guides, and tools for their work.
While there are paid software platforms available, our team is not familiar with these options and would benefit from guidance and assistance in selecting and implementing the right platform. Volunteers or service learners with experience in organizing digital resources, evaluating software solutions, and/or supporting user-friendly systems will be a great fit for this project.
This opportunity provides hands-on experience in project management, digital tool selection, and system organization, all while contributing to a meaningful cause within the doula community.
Remote one-on-one meetings with the executive director and organization leaders to begin project development. Weekly meetings and calls as needed.
Mentoring is provided by executive directors and RC staff.
Bilingual English/Spanish Desired. If a student isn't bilingual in English and Spanish, we can support them by reviewing the Spanish aspects.
