SP25 CST 462S: Data AnalysisAt — Veterans Transition Center (VTC)

Opportunity Summary

We are a transition housing program for homeless Veterans, with 16 duplexes on-site where the Veterans live. These duplexes are maintained by our Operations department, which uses a work order system for repairs. We are seeking students to perform an analysis of the work orders submitted and create a report for management's review using MaintainX.

This project will help identify which units have recurring issues, which units incur the highest repair costs, and other key insights to guide maintenance decisions and improve operational efficiency.

RESERVED FOR CST 462S Students.
