Employee position as a Software Intern. The details of your employment offer (or terms) are as follows:
BASE WAGE RATE: $46.00 USD per hour; paid bi-weekly.
FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt
ASSIGNED WORK LOCATION: Three Technology Drive Milpitas, CA 95035
WORK TYPE DESIGNATION: FlexOnsite - Hybrid work with three or more days a week at a KLA or customer facility. You are
assigned to a work location at which you are expected to regularly perform your work onsite three (3) or more days per work
week. You are authorized to work remotely for the remaining days of the work week and may periodically work from another
company work location or remotely for additional days with the approval of your manager. Work Type Designations, remote work,
and related expectations are more fully addressed in the KLA Flexible Work Policy. If you would like to review the Flexible Work
Policy, please request a copy from your Recruiter.
DURATION: This Temporary Intern Position is expected to last no longer than 90 days from your Effective Hire Date. Any
extension beyond this period must be in writing and signed by both KLA Human Resources and you.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Developing software infrastructure for scalable robust data analysis and machine learning applications
• Designing distributed applications
• Writing elegant, clean code with automated tests to cover it
Qualifications:
• Proficiency with C#, Python, or Java programming is crucial
• Knowledge in C++ is a plus
• Proficiency with developing applications targeting Linux and Windows OS
• Use object-oriented principles, and design patterns to develop robust software
