Opportunity Summary 

This internship provides direct access to and learning opportunities in the California legislative process via advocacy efforts with a special focus on specific climate change, renewable energy and/or environmentally focused legislation pending before the California Legislature. The internship will include research, writing, drafting letters, drafting statutory language, engagement with legislators and/or legislative staff.

Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

Interns will learn how the legislative process in California works and the various aspects of that process.
