Juvenile Diversion Initiative (JDI) Outreach/Engagement Intern At — National Conflict Resolution Center (NCRC)
We are also seeking an Outreach/Engagement Intern to work closely with me This role offers a mix of virtual and in-person engagement, subject to flexible scheduling. As part of this role, you will be responsible for: • Updating the Events Calendar on our Case Management System • Designing flyers for JDI Youth Events • Taking comprehensive notes during team meetings • Identifying potential community partners within San Diego County for JDI Services • Assisting in the preparation and setup of JDI events, graduations, and community collaboratives • Keeping service providers informed via the Case Management System • Providing support to the Outreach/Engagement team as needed

Interns will receive onboarding and shadowing during their first 1–2 weeks, along with training on community engagement, outreach tools, and organizational values. Mandated Reporter training is not required.
