Weekly or bi-weekly check-ins at Monday Production meeting every week from 10.30-2

Initial Meeting 1: Kick-off at Pencilbox. Meet for one hour to review your existing portfolio and set goals as if a Pencilbox Photographer.
Develop a target list specific to your desires.
Helping to prepare for a client presentation.
Develop a self-assignment plan related to interests and target clients.
Talk about the touch plan (marketing).
4 Guest Blog Posts for Pencilbox, subjects to be discussed.
Instagram captures, whenever possible.
Spend a day at a photo shoot, as an assistant.

Training:

Throughout the internship, the student will be required to:
1. Attend weekly feedback sessions with employer every Monday to address development and performance evaluations.
2. Complete mock assignments related to profit generation and expense/account management.
3. Receive project-based training as assigned by supervisor.

Learning Outcome:

1. Engage and hire talent for photography shoots and projects.
2. Provide strategic management of a small- to large-photography studio.
3. Generate strong profit margins within the photography industry.
