Data Analysis Intern \u2013 Sales & Marketing (CRM Focus)At — Clarity Experiences
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and data-savvy Data Analysis Intern to support our sales and marketing teams.
The core responsibility of this role is to assist in and add to the time spent on this ongoing project
Your primary responsibility will be to update, validate, and optimize records within our HubSpot CRM to ensure accurate, complete, and actionable data. This internship is a great opportunity to gain real-world experience at the intersection of marketing operations, sales strategy, and data analytics.
Tasks:
What You’ll Do:
Audit, clean, and standardize data in HubSpot CRM to improve segmentation, lead tracking, and reporting
Validate contact and company records using online research, enrichment tools, and internal resources
Support data imports, deduplication processes, and list building
Identify gaps or inconsistencies in CRM data and propose solutions
Assist with CRM tagging, lifecycle stage updates, and lead source tracking
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure data supports campaign and outreach efforts
Contribute to reports and dashboards that help measure marketing and sales performance
Document processes and offer suggestions for improving data hygiene and efficiency
Training:
Training will be provided by our Marketing Manager in a process oriented manner for the tasks at hand. Software training videos will also be provided. Student has the ability to gain HubSpot Certifications for resume boos as well.
Training will consist of working directly with our Marketing Manager to learn how to use our CRM Database, filter contacts and verify information to keep our data clean. They will show you the current process so you know how the functions work. Communication is always open with the full marketing team. The intern will get to sit in on meetings and observe. There are no safety procedures at our company.
