Chiropractic/PT AidAt — Total Healing & Wellness

Chiropractic/PT Aid job responsibilities are the following:

• Provide a warm and welcoming experience for patients upon arrival.
• Assist doctors in preparing and setting up physiotherapy modalities and equipment.
• Manage and coordinate patient scheduling to ensure efficient appointment flow.
• Support patient follow-ups and help maintain continuity of care throughout treatment.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment tables, equipment, and therapy areas.
• Assist patients with guided stretches, therapeutic exercises, and manual therapy techniques under supervision, as needed.

Training:

• Training will reinforce classroom knowledge by deepening understanding of Anatomy and Physiology concepts introduced in prior coursework.
• Doctors will provide constructive feedback throughout training to support the trainee’s development and improve the overall patient experience.

Learning Outcomes:

• Demonstrate effective patient communication and customer service skills by creating a welcoming environment and supporting patients throughout their care journey.
• Develop hands-on experience with physiotherapy modalities and equipment setup, ensuring safe and efficient preparation for various treatment procedures.
• Enhance organizational and time-management skills by coordinating patient scheduling and assisting with clinical flow under the supervision of our doctors.
• Apply foundational knowledge of therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques by assisting in guided sessions, improving understanding of physical rehabilitation principles.
