Opportunity Summary 

With supervision of BAM Staff, the intern will assist in a multitude of position such as helping during recess time by watching students to ensure safety. They will also be expected to assist during any addition activities provided to the students such as arts and crafts or passing out materials for games. 

A list of duties involve meeting at designated location daily and getting all required materials expected for that day. This allows us to see if the staff is learning what is required each day and learning the differences in each class. Other duties involve homework help and setting up for events. Students intern should learn how to deal with students in these events and expectations not only from us but from the site.

Training

Training will involve a few zoom meetings in which we will discuss the different potions and expectations. The staff will also have the possibility to meet with management weekly to follow up with any questions or assistance needed. Other than they they are always welcome to ask question the lead staff on site or reaching out to us through text.

Learning Outcome

By the end of this internship, the student will be able to learn proper etiquette when dealing with different populations. The student will also learn to work with other in order to reach a singular goal by the end of each day. They will also learn different techniques when dealing with children.
