Opportunity Summary
Teaching assistants will design and lead student lessons, facilitate small group activities and discussions, grade assignments, participate in literature reviews, and provide individual in-person or online support to undergraduate psychology students.
Internship Term

2. Provide grading and feedback to others
3. Create & present original teaching materials
4. Connect and engage with students on a professional level
Training
- Be available for questions, M-F 9am-2pm by phone, text, Canvas, Discord, or Zoom
2. Give the student verbal and written instructions & feedback throughout the week
3. Meet with the student weekly for goal setting and supervision with 3 other students
Tasks/Duties
- Holding tutorial hours for students
2. Recording and/or posting grades
3. Developing materials for the course
4. Holding office hours (1 hour per week)
5. Correcting homework
6. Conduct review sessions
7. Write/Copy/Post handouts
8. Create/modify practice exams
9. Lead a class discussion (with an instructor in the room)
10. Manage Canvas and moderate Discord discussions
