In this job will play a key role in executing our digital marketing strategies across platforms like Instagram and TikTok. This internship is ideal for a student pursuing a degree in Communications or related fields who wants hands-on experience in content creation, branding, social media strategy & client servicing within the real estate industry.

Tasks:

Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling social media content (images, videos, captions, stories).
-Monitor social media platforms and engage with followers, comments, and messages.
-Research real estate trends and competitors to inform content direction.
-Support promotional campaigns for new listings, open houses, and company events.
-Analyze social media metrics to track engagement and performance.
-Maintain brand consistency in all digital content.
-Collaborate with agents and marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns.
-Assist in photography or video shoots (if applicable).

Training:

-Regular weekly meeting to review progress and provide mentorship.
