Opportunity Summary 

We are looking for volunteers (adults, teens, and pre-teens) to help at our 15th Annual Western Hoedown Fundraiser. Event Volunteers will get to attend the event for free and be a part of this amazing fundraising opportunity. You could volunteer at one of the following event stations: Registration, Western Raffle, Silent Auction, VIP Monitors, Hay Ride Line Monitors, Parking Monitors, Kid's Corral Games, Raffle Ticket Sellers, Bar, Sustainability Team, and more! Additional volunteer opportunities to assist with set up before, and clean up after, the event are also available. Volunteers will assist with event preparation projects before and after the big day.

Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

SET UP VOLUNTEER SHIFTS: Set Up Day 1 (morning): Fri. 10/10 from 8-11AM Set Up Day 1 (afternoon): Fri. 10/10 from 1-4PM Set Up Day 2 (morning): Sat. 10/11 from 8-11AM CLEAN UP VOLUNTEER SHIFTS: Clean Up Day 1 (evening): Sat. 10/11 from 7-9PM Final Clean Up Day 2: Sun. 10/12 from 8-11AM If you are looking for a different volunteer day (other than Oct. 10th, 11th and/or 12th) and would like to help with: polishing silverware, folding napkins, cleaning centerpieces, ironing bandanas, napkins, table runners and more; please reach out directly to us at volunteer@iveyranch.com.

Opportunity Training 

Training will be a brief intro to the station they are at by a lead volunteer. Training is minimal as the tasks are very straight forward and simple,

Opportunity Application Instructions 

All volunteers must individually register. Volunteers are welcome to sign up for more than one shift if they would like, they just need to complete registrations for each shift separately.
