Duties: This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to the improvement of programs and services designed to assist low-income families in becoming self-sufficient financially, academically, and emotionally. The FamilySource Center intern will assist the Intake Specialist in accomplishing their daily tasks. Key responsibilities include: • Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork • Strategize and support with outreach efforts • Participate in grocery distributions and FSC events • Support with creating and conducting presentations on FamilySource services • Participate in meetings and trainings when appropriate • Assist with data entry and documentation support as needed

Training & Supervision: • Agency intern orientation • Family Source Center orientation which includes training on the following items: 1. Data Entry 2. Quality Assurance 3. Client Interactions • Monthly intern development meetings o Weekly supervision meetings
• Must be able to pass background check • Must submit proof of TB testing from within the past 12 months
