The Digital Advertising Intern will assist in creating, managing, and analyzing online marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include helping design social media ads, tracking performance data, researching trends, and supporting the marketing team with content creation. This role offers hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media strategy, and advertising analytics.

Tasks:

Assist in planning and creating digital advertising campaigns across social media platforms.
Design and schedule social media posts and paid ads using tools like Meta Ads Manager and Canva.
Research audience trends and competitor strategies to support campaign development.
Track and analyze campaign performance using social media analytics and prepare simple reports.
Help develop marketing content such as captions, visuals, and short-form videos.
Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss marketing goals and creative ideas.
Support the marketing director with administrative and creative tasks related to client campaigns.

Training:

Students will receive an initial orientation to learn about the agency’s mission, goals, and social media tools. Ongoing training includes weekly check-ins with a mentor, job shadowing the marketing team, and hands-on guidance in creating digital ads and social media content. Interns will also learn to use analytics tools, review campaign results, and gain practical experience in digital marketing strategies.
