Opportunity Summary 

Help the Social Media Coordinator manage Titan Radio’s digital voice and engagement across platforms.

  • Plan, create, and schedule posts on Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Facebook
  • Design or request graphics, stories, and video content in line with station branding
  • Monitor messages, comments, and mentions to boost engagement
  • Collaborate with events and sponsorship staff to promote shows, giveaways, and campaigns
  • Track analytics and produce engagement summaries
  • Stay current on trends and bring creative ideas for digital growth

Tasks:

1. Plan, create, and schedule posts on Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Facebook.

2. Design or request graphics, stories, and videos that align with Titan Radio branding.

3. Monitor and respond to messages, comments, and tags across platforms.

4. Collaborate with events and sponsorship staff to promote giveaways and campaigns.

5. Track analytics and provide brief summaries of engagement and growth.

Training:

To help the students achieve the proposed learning out comes, I help Students and staff collaborate one on one with department directors to meet weekly, monthly, and semester long goals. Work to improve knowledge and feeling of working in a radio station environment while maintaining a creative space allowing students to take chances and learn techniques to improve the outcome of their product. Practice and repetition to main and grow new found skills with plenty of real world comparable content for their work portfolio.

Learning Outcome:

By the end of the internship, the student will be able to:

1. Plan, create, and schedule content across multiple social media platforms.
2. Design or coordinate branded visual content to support station campaigns.
3. Monitor and respond to audience engagement in a timely and professional manner.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to promote events, shows, and sponsor activations.
5. Analyze post performance and summarize engagement trends.
