Client Services Associate InternAt — Navigators Advisory Group

Opportunity Summary 

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our client engagement operations, contributing to the overall efficiency and professionalism of our advisory team. Your responsibilities will include managing client communications, coordinate meetings and documentation, and ensuring a seamless service experience for our clients. Additionally, using and supporting our various software’s to enhance research, services, and client outcomes. Your working hours will total 20 hours per week in this defined role.

Tasks:

• Client Support: Assist in gathering and organizing client information, preparing for client meetings, and addressing client inquiries.
• Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and managing client communications.
• Financial Planning: Review detailed financial plans, including cash flow analysis, retirement projections, investment strategies, and risk management assessments.
• Documentation: Maintain and update client records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements and firm standards and processes.
• Research: Conduct research on financial products, investment options, and market trends to support the development of client-specific strategies.
• Report Preparation: Generate reports and presentations for client meetings, summarizing financial data and recommendations.
• Compliance: Ensure all daily activities comply with industry regulations and internal policies, preparing necessary documentation for audits and reviews.
• Collaboration: Work closely with financial planners, advisors, and other team members to ensure cohesive and comprehensive client service.

Weekly team meetings
