Shadowing in clinical and dialysis setting 

working with ESRD patients on dialysis, nurses, dietitians, social workers and techs.

Observing clinical care in office of CKD, transplant and auto immune disease patients.

Tasks:

Shadowing
interacting with pts and staff on a professional level
educating pt regarding compliance to diet and dialysis treatment at dialysis facility

Training:

weekly shadowing and check-ins depending on schedule in clinic and dialysis facilities
there may be videos and hand outs

Learning Outcome:
1. How to interact with patients with chronic disease
2. How to interact with staff in a dialysis setting.
3. Learning renal diet with patients with CKD and ESRD on HD
