Opportunity Summary

Build a community of trust through transparent storytelling, real-time customer interactions, and creative video content. You won’t just post pictures; you will manage our public reputation and turn \\car flipping\\ into engaging digital content.

Tasks:

Multimedia Content Creation: Produce and edit short-form videos (Reels/TikToks) and high-quality photography documenting the end-to-end car-buying process and fleet operations to build brand transparency.

Digital Reputation Management: Oversee community engagement by monitoring and responding to all inbound social media inquiries, comments, and public reviews across Google and Meta platforms.

Strategic Communications & Crisis Support: Maintain a comprehensive FAQ and response log to address pricing inquiries and de-escalate public customer service concerns professionally.

Training:

Every Monday, review the \\Post Performance\\ from the week before.
The intern will shadow a buyer or tow truck driver during a pickup.
Provide a workshop on how to film cars in a way that looks \\professional\\ rather than \\junkyard\\ (lighting, angles, and clearing clutter from the frame).
Reputation Management 101: How to turn a 1-star review into a PR win through a professional public response.
Train in how to use \\Local Keywords\\ (e.g., \\Junk car removal [City Name]\\) in social captions to show up in search results.

Learning Outcome:

Strategic Communication: Using words to influence public perception.

Brand Identity: Creating a consistent look and feel for a local business.

Lead Generation: Understanding how PR translates into actual revenue.

Media Literacy: Knowing how to adapt content for different audiences (TikTok vs. Facebook).
