Service Learning Modality 
In person at AASCSC in Santa Ana and participation in community events throughout Orange County.

Service Learning Activities 
Students may support community events, outreach and engagement efforts, culturally responsive social media and communications materials, and general program or office-based support. Projects are designed to help students apply course concepts to real world community serving work and may vary based on organizational needs and student interests.

Notes and Requirements 
Bilingual skills are highly desired, with preference for Asian languages. Students must submit a résumé and complete an interview prior to beginning service learning. A background check may be required based on program needs and at the discretion of AASCSC.

AASCSC expects students to be able to work independently, be receptive to feedback, and take initiative in completing assigned work.
