Physical Therapy AideAt — Bay Cities Chiropractic
Bay Cities Chiropractic offers students a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in a professional, patient-centered healthcare environment. Students are exposed to daily clinic operations while supporting care for patients. This experience helps students develop communication, organizational, and professional skills while learning how rehabilitation programs are designed to relieve pain, restore function, and improve overall quality of life.
By the end of this opportunity, students will gain hands-on experience in a chiropractic clinic and develop communication, organizational, and professional skills. They will learn basic administrative processes, patient interaction, and gain exposure to rehabilitative exercises, therapeutic treatments, and stretching techniques used to support pain relief, recovery, and overall patient wellness.
Students will complete one week of initial training that includes onboarding and shadowing an experienced staff member to become familiar with clinic procedures, patient flow, and assigned responsibilities. After this training period, students will continue their internship under the direct supervision of a designated staff member to ensure guidance, support, and successful completion of all activities. Mandated Reporter training is not required for this opportunity.
