One service of United Way is their Financial Statibility program, which runs sites that help low-income families submit submit their taxes each Spring. During tax season, United Way receives weekly reports from each site logging the types of returns processed at that site, taxpayer experience, etc. They want to study this data to better understand how to manage these sites, including a look at historical data they have collected to identify any trends.
