Opportunity Summary 

Alabaster Jar Project is a non-profit organization that provides case management services and housing to survivors of human trafficking. Opportunities include supporting our resource center through ensuring the upkeep and taking inventory of our clothing boutique and food pantry, data entry, working with our grants and marketing team, curriculum development, community outreach, and other tasks. We are also open to ideas from students in which their strengths can be utilized outside of the opportunities mentioned.

Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

By the end of this opportunity, students will have gained a basic understanding of what human trafficking is and the services and supports needed to assist survivors in overcoming their traumatic experiences.

Opportunity Training 

HT 101 training is provided to give students a basic understanding of human trafficking. They will also be provided with a chance to shadow staff.
