Opportunity Summary
This internship is to shadow physical therapists during patient treatments, assist with modalities such as ultrasound and electric stimulation, assist with administrative tasks dealing with patient electronic charts.
Opportunity Learning Outcomes
Knowledge of the anatomy and kinesiology of the body is ideal. Understanding certain exercises and the muscles that are utilized.
Opportunity Training
HIPPA training, training on using modalities, training on patient scheduling, making Home Exercise Programs, and using our EMR
