Social Media/Creative InternAt — Tile Mart

Seeking a motivated and skilled creative to join our team as a Social Media & Creative Intern. This position is designed to provide hands-on, real-world experience in social media strategy, content creation, and marketing analytics. The individual will gain exposure to how social media integrates with broader marketing initiatives while developing both creative and strategic skill sets in a professional environment.

This role is ideal for students majoring in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field who are eager to build their portfolio and strengthen their understanding of brand strategy and digital marketing performance.

Tasks:

1. Caption Writing: Create on-brand, engaging copy tailored to each platform
2. Scheduling: Maintain content calendars and plan posting timelines
3. Content Creation: Produce simple photo/video content using basic design principles
4. Community Management: Monitor channels and engage with followers
5. Trend & Competitor Research: Track trends and analyze competitor activity
6. Performance Tracking: Review metrics and KPIs to improve results
7. Creative & Campaign Support: Assist with planning and execution of ad campaigns, photoshoots, etc.
8. Reporting: Summarize performance and key insights
