Tellers handle tasks such as processing deposits and withdrawals, cashing checks, accepting loan payments, and managing account inquiries. They ensure transactions are accurate, follow security procedures, and help maintain customer trust. In addition to handling cash, tellers often identify customer needs and refer them to other banking products or services when appropriate.
