The intern will participate in collaborative content production sessions, including campaign brainstorming, editorial planning, and hands-on instruction in food photography and lighting principles. Biweekly progress check-ins will be used to evaluate growth toward learning outcomes, reflect on challenges, and adjust responsibilities to support the student’s strengths and development areas. Ongoing consultation and real-time feedback during project work will ensure that the intern is supported in both analytical and creative skill-building. This mentorship-driven structure is designed to foster confidence, critical thinking, and applied learning within an experiential, small business environment.
