This opportunity allows the student to develop professional communication skills, cultural competency, attention to detail, and experience in legal and client facing environments.
The student will be trained in the legal office procedures, legal terminology in both English and Spanish, professional interpretation techniques, and Spanish language content editing. Training will include shadowing the attorney and the current person in charge of translations, guided assignments, and ongoing evaluations by the office manager.
