Assist students in math and reading, plan and prepare individualized lessons, monitor progress, and provide targeted support to reinforce learning. Collaborate with instructors to maintain a focused, encouraging environment and ensure students stay on track with their learning plans.
Opportunity Learning Outcomes
Through this experience, I hope to strengthen my teaching and communication skills while also learning how to better support students who have different learning styles. I want to gain more experience in helping students build confidence in their academics while also learning how to create an encouraging environment.
