Internship Overview

We are seeking a Graphic Design Intern who is creative, detail-oriented, and excited to support a fast-growing influencer marketing agency. You will create visual content for campaigns, social media, presentations, and client-facing materials — working closely with the marketing and creative leadership team.

This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in real-world marketing campaigns and help you build a portfolio with strong, business-relevant creative work.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field

  • 1+ year experience in graphic design (classwork + freelance counts)

  • A compelling portfolio showing a wide range of creative work

  • Strong understanding of:

    • Layout and composition

    • Typography

    • Branding consistency

    • Print and digital design

  • Proficiency in Adobe tools:

    • Adobe Illustrator

    • Adobe Photoshop

    • Adobe InDesign

  • Bonus (not required but a plus):

    • Canva

    • Figma

    • Video editing (Premiere Pro / CapCut)

Tasks:

Responsibilities

As a Graphic Design Intern, you will:

Collaborate with the team to create visual content for digital marketing and social media

Design assets for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and brand campaigns

Support creation of:

pitch decks and proposal presentations

media kits

campaign wrap-up reports (including metrics/visual presentation)

Help maintain consistent brand identity across all content

Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming and campaign planning

Research design trends and best practices within:

influencer marketing

tech / gaming / lifestyle content

Track tasks and submit completed work organized and on time

Training:

Training Program
Week 1: Orientation + Shadowing

Meet the team

Learn company mission, clients, goals, and vision

Shadow the Marketing Director’s daily operations

Learn how projects run from:

client meeting → contract activation → campaign planning → execution

Training on:

campaign structures

creative strategy

building wrap-up reports with deliverables + metrics

Daily check-in call (Zoom) before each workday to align priorities and review progress

Learning Outcome:

By the end of the internship, you will:

Understand the influencer marketing industry and how campaigns operate end-to-end

Know how to create campaign design assets that support sales and brand goals

Improve your ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment

Build a portfolio featuring:

marketing design

campaign graphics

decks and client-facing assets

Learn how creative work impacts campaign performance and brand success
