Tasks:

- Intern will be responsible to develop age appropriate daily/weekly curriculum to foster academic and social growth
- Organize group games
- Keep classrooms clean and organized

Training:

Intern will meet with director weekly to discuss concerns and offer suggestions.
Intern will daily check-in with staff who are working alongside her to plan activities and get up to date information regarding student behaviors

Learning OUtcome:

By the end of the internship the student will be able to:
1. Develop curriculum to meet the needs of students ranging in grades K-4
2. Manage and encourage 3 staff co-workers
3. communicate effectively and compassionately with parents
