Opportunity Summary 
  • Apply communication, behavioral observation, and decision-making skills in a public service setting.
  • Interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

  • Assist in explaining complex procedures in a clear and supportive way.
  • Engage with diverse populations of voters and candidates during election processes.
  • Assist with candidate filing procedures and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Apply strong communication and interpersonal skills in time-sensitive situations.
  • Support public-facing services that require professionalism and accuracy.
  • Support coordination of a team of approximately 10 staff in ballot duplication processes.
  • Assist in monitoring workflow accuracy and maintaining compliance with election protocols.
  • Facilitate communication within the team and support problem-solving in real time.
  • Interact with public observers and explain processes. 

Tasks:

Assist with candidate filing and documentation review.
Support ballot duplication processes and workflow coordination.
Communicate with voters and candidates in a professional setting.
Provide accurate information under time-sensitive conditions.
Maintain attention to detail and follow election procedures.

Training:

General workplace orientation.
Hands-on training in election procedures and compliance.
Team meetings and updates (especially for ballot duplication process).
Ongoing guidance and feedback from leadership.
Interaction with the public observing election processes.
