Youth Development ProfessionalAt — Boys & Girls Clubs of Capistrano Valley

Under the direct supervision of the Branch Director the Youth Development Professional will implement, collect data on outcome driven goals, and recommend future programs implemented during program hours.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Safety: Promotes the safety of members. Communicate safety concerns in a timely fashion for both external and internal. Adhere to child safety laws and the Club’s child safety policies.
2. Guidance: Provides guidance, program support and role modeling to members and other staff. Support members and families going through transitions.
3. Planning: Plans, organizes, implements and evaluates programs with outcome driven goals. Plans, implements and evaluates a wide variety of events. Collects data and researches current trends and makes recommendations for activities, events and programs for upcoming program
cycle.
