When they are given an assignment area for the day they have a paid staff member on our leadership team that they can go to as well during the day with any questions or concerns. I am keeping track of hours as well, so at the 25, 50, 100 and then 120 hour marks I will have a more formal meeting with the interns/volunteers to see how things are going. I will attach the Intern/volunteer training presentation here so that you can review in depth what we talk about. Each intern also gets their own copy.
