Job Description
DC Franchise Management & Marketing Intern: LA - Summer 2026
The DC Franchise Management & Marketing Intern will support the Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products Franchise Management & Marketing team, with a focus on DC franchises. This internship provides experiential learning in franchise strategy, film marketing, brand development, and global consumer products, offering exposure to both active film marketing and early-stage strategic planning for future releases.
Internship Responsibilities
• Support franchise management and marketing initiatives for DC properties
• Assist with marketing efforts related to the theatrical rollout of the Supergirl film
• Contribute to early-stage go-to-market strategy and branding development for the Man of Tomorrow film
• Develop presentation materials, pitch decks, and style guide assets for global licensees
• Conduct research and analyze audience and consumer data to inform strategic positioning
• Identify key marketing milestones and opportunities within the annual planning cycle
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support execution of creative and strategic initiatives
• Assist in coordinating and monitoring global marketing activations with licensees across Toys, Fashion, Home, and Accessories
• Provide general project and administrative support based on evolving business needs
This internship is a voluntary, paid position. The intern will be classified as a fixed-term employee and held to the same professional standards and expectations as other Warner Bros. Discovery employees. The intern is required to adhere to Warner Bros. Discovery’s Code of Ethics.
