Volunteer assistant

Tasks:

Learn to interact with seniors facing cognitive decline
Understand difference of iinteracts and response needed with different individuals within their phases of cognitive decline.
Provide a positive response for achievements of each individual dispite the end result.

Training:

LEarning Outcome:

Improve communition skills with older adults experiencing cognitive decline.
Learn how a supportive enviroment improves cognitive health and quality of life.
Gain better understanding or aging in Long Term Care through hands on experience.
