Tasks:

1. Provide safety and positive interactions for children in classroom
2. Participate in creating curriculum for children based on developmental needs and interests of children
3.Assisting in observations and assessments on individual children to gain a better understanding of growth
4.Communicating with team members and families to provide the best for children to grow and be successful

Training:

1. Mandatory orientation to determine schedule, set up goals and go over expectations
2.Weekly meetings with mentor and team members to communicate and update information that will benefit the classroom
3. Shadowing and hands on training in classroom, working with the team to provide care for children
4. attend skills training and workshops with team members

Learning Outcome:

1. demonstrate thorough indoor and outdoor active supervision at all times to assure the health and safety of all children
2.engage in in on-going formal observational assessment to document each child's learning and developmental progress
3. establish relationships with children and families
4.understanding and providing quality care and education
