Opportunity Summary 

Multimedia packages:

- Interviews: conduct interviews with highlighted CAT students

- Broadcast reels: produce, script, and edit segments of CAT students

- Photojournalism: Capture high quality photos of highlighted CAT students projects

Tasks:

Social Media Audit and Strategy: Analyze the two existing social media accounts, conduct competitor research, and develop a comprehensive strategy and monthly content calendar to improve engagement.

Data Analytics Tracking: Monitor platform metrics and KPIs weekly, adjusting content strategies based on data trends to maximize audience reach.

End-to-End Video Production: Conceptualize, script, storyboard, shoot, and edit high-quality advertising and promotional videos utilizing professional editing software.

Curriculum Development and Instruction: Create training modules, workflows, and \\how-to\\ guides to teach younger students the fundamentals of social media management and video production.

Peer Mentorship and Team Leadership: Conduct weekly training sessions for the student media team, delegate creative tasks, and provide constructive feedback on their work.

Project Management: Maintain a strict production schedule, manage digital assets, and coordinate filming timelines to ensure all promotional campaigns launch on time.

Training:

General Employer Orientation: Mandatory onboarding covering organizational policies, safety protocols, and brand overview.

Weekly One-on-One Meetings: Regular check-ins to review video drafts, approve social media calendars, and provide feedback.

Provision of Work Samples: Access to past marketing materials, brand guidelines, and style sheets for reference.

Task Contextualization: Clear briefings on the specific goals, target audience, and expectations before launching new projects.

Leadership Coaching: Guidance on how to effectively teach, structure workshops, and manage the younger students on the team.

Learning Outcome:

1. Develop and Execute a Social Media Strategy:
Audit, revamp, and independently manage two distinct social media platforms, utilizing content calendars and data analytics to measurably improve audience engagement and brand consistency.

2. Produce Professional Marketing Media:
Lead the end-to-end production pipeline (storyboarding, scripting, filming, and editing) to create high-quality advertising videos that align with organizational goals.

3. Design and Deliver Instructional Workflows:
Translate technical multimedia skills into accessible lessons, effectively mentoring and training younger students on the fundamentals of digital content creation and platform management.

4. Practice Project Management and Leadership:
Demonstrate professional leadership by managing a production schedule, delegating tasks to a student team, and balancing immediate content deadlines with long-term campaign goals.
