Athletics Graphic Designer Intern Fall 26/Spring 27At — CSUF - Athletics

Assist the Athletics Graphic Designer with various projects using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop/Illustrator), assist creating video board graphics for home venues and boards throughout campus. Gain experience working in a collegiate athletics department and handing numerous projects.

Tasks/Duties  

The intern will demonstrate learning outcomes by completing smaller projects that assist the graphic designer but as well as completing the larger brand project that they will complete in stages throughout the internship. This brand project is from start to finish with brainstorming at the beginning, researching, drafting, making mockups and meeting with supervisor to discuss revisions and stages updates.

Training  

To help the student achieve the proposed learning outcomes, I will meet with the intern every other week to go over their progress with their assigned projects, give them feedback that will make them research different designs, apply new methods and give them deadlines to see these projects revisions/updates.

Learning Outcomes  

By the end of the internship, the student will be able to learn and improve skills such as writing, research, and technology through assisting the graphic designer on various projects. They will understand the real world application with having projects, deadlines and expectations they need to follow.
