Opportunity Summary

In partnership with my clinical supervisor, in the job of Behavior Technician/Therapist, I will work one-on-one with children within the Autism spectrum to implement a child-centric model in home, school, and/or community environments.

Opportunity Learning Outcomes

I hope to learn how children within the Autism Spectrum Disorder learn, engage with others, and how to implement techniques that help them to better socialize with others and achieve tasks independently. In addition, I hope to learn if this is the field of psychology I want as a career.
