Opportunity Summary 

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides one-on-one, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The RBT implements individualized treatment plans, teaches communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills, and utilizes behavior intervention strategies to reduce challenging behaviors. Responsibilities include collecting accurate behavioral data, collaborating with supervisors and caregivers, maintaining professional and ethical standards, and supporting each child's progress toward meaningful, individualized goals. This position offers hands-on clinical experience while developing skills in behavior analysis, child development, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
